Whilst initially contracted to carry out the section 38 and 278 Civil Engineering works to enable access and egress into the new store and adjoining office units, we then, due to a successful working relationship, secured the full surfacing package of the park & ride, managed workspace and Morison’s parking facilities. This involved working to extremely tight deadlines, weekend and night working, whilst allowing access to other trades needing to finish their own works.
