Derek Lewis Ltd are looking to recruit semi-skilled and skilled road surfacing operatives that have experience working as a rakehand, roller/paver driver and paver screw operator.

We offer highly competitive rates with a starting salary ranging from £32,800 to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus additional pay for overtime (enhanced rates for weekends and nights), paid on a weekly basis.
